Barley and Oats can be classified as healthy grain options , which are rich source of many beneficial nutrients and also loaded with soluble and insoluble fibre.
So here is an all time favourite Indian dosa version with these healthy grains .
Ingredients :-
Barley 1 cup
Oats 1 cup
Red Chilly 2-3
Curry leaves a few
Asafoetida ¼ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Method :–
Soak the barley and oats for 2-3 hours. Wash them well.
Grind it along with other ingredients to a coarse paste (regular dosa batter consistency )
Make dosa instantly ,this batter needs no fermenting.
Serve hot with coconut /tomato/onion chutney.
