Bhindhi Masala

Childrens favourite vegetable !!

This vegetable with a different taste .The sticky bhindi is made so flavourful with the blend of spices.



Serves : 2

Cooking time : 15min


Ingredients :

Bindhi 25o gms (chopped )

Tomatoes 2 (chopped )

Big onions 2 (chopped )

Oil 1-2 tbsp


Grind to paste :

Small onions 5-6

Green chilly 2

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric ¼ tsp

Jeera ¼ tsp

Garlic 2-3 pearls

Coriander 3 tbsp (chopped )


Method :

In a pan heat oil and fry the bindi till brown and keep aside.

In the same pan heat oil fry the onions till transparent.

Add tomato and fry till mushy.

Now add the ground paste with little water and salt ,cook well till the raw smell leaves.


Serve hot with rice or roti .
