Bottle gourd Pachadi

Bottle gourd Pachadi is very easy to make and its a very healthy .

The Bottle gourd is raw ,but has a awesome taste, while its tossed and mixed with curds is simply superb .


Serves : 3

Cooking Time : 10 min


Ingredients :

Mustard ¼ tsp

Urad dhal ¼ tsp

Chana dhal ¼ tsp

Red chilly 1

Curry leaves a few

Bottle gourd 1 cup ( grated )

Coconut 1 cup ( grated )

Coriander leaves to garnish

Salt to taste

Oil 1 tsp


Method :

In a kadai heat oil ,throw in mustard ,urad dhal ,chana dhal and allow it to splutter.

Add red chilly and curry leaves ,toss it.

Add salt give it a mix.

Transfer it to a bowl.

When it gets to room temperature add curd ,give it a mix.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve cold with rice ,roti.
