Cauliflower Pepper Fry is very tasty ,yet healthy one .The enhanced taste is basically derived from the onions getting sautéed in ghee and addition of pepper to the Cauliflower .This simple and easy to make ,with minimalistic ingredients always available at home.

Cooking Time : 15 min
Ingredients :
Cauliflower 150 gms
Onion 1 ( chopped )
Curry leaves a few
Ghee 1 tbsp
Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Method :
In a pan heat ghee ,throw in onions and fry till it changes colour.
Add few curry leaves and give it a toss.
Add chopped cauliflower ,pepper powder ,give a mix.
Close and cook .( 5-7 min )
Open the lid and fry till dry.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
