A unique dish ,which is very easy to make and is made with mild species.Always a hit on the spread and is a good match with many dishes.

Ingredients
Chicken 500 gms
Ginger garlic paste ¾ -1 tsp
Green chilly 2-3 ( to taste )
Tomato 2 ( chopped )
Onions 2(chopped )
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Eggs 2 --- 3
Method :
Cook the chicken with ginger garlic paste ,salt ,turmeric and red chilly powder.
Cool it and shred it.
In a pan heat oil fry onions and green chilly.
Add tomato fry till mushy.
Add the shredded chicken ,salt if necessary and fry well.
Now if there is no water left at the bottom , beat the eggs well and add fry well .
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Note :
If desired it will be a good idea to add juice.
Also finely chopped vegetables like carrot ,beans,celery,leeks etc can also be and it can be added before adding tomatoes.
