Chicken Cutlets

Chicken Cutlets are relished by one and all. They are easy to prepare and healthy.The health freeks will enjoy this dish .In a spread it will be one of most sought after dish .



Ingredients :-

Chicken             300 gms  (boneless thighs or breast )

Ginger              ½ ‘’

Garlic                3-4 pearls

Green chilly     2-3 ( to taste )

Cinnamon         1’’

Cloves                2 (optional )

Egg                     1

Oil                       1- 2 tbsp


Method :-

Grind all the other ingredients expect than chicken to a coarse paste.

Now add the washed & cleaned chicken and grind it to fine paste.

Now  beat the egg well & add to the chicken mixture .

This can be formed into patties and stored in the fridge .

When needed can be shallow fried.

Serve hot with mayo ,green chutney or sauce.


Note :-

If preferred bread crumbs can be added .

Chicken thighs are more flavourful than breast .If lean protein is preferred then use breast. But if may at times get rubbery .
