Ingredients :
Chicken 500 gms
Oil 1 -2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Onions 3-4 ( chopped )
Red chilly 1
Curry leaves a few
Fry in oil & grind to paste :
Onions 15
Red chilly 10
Garlic 6-7
Ginger ½ ‘
Coconut 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 2
Cardamom 2
Poppy seeds ½ tsp
Fennel ½ tsp
Curry leaves a few
Method :
In a pan add oil and fry all the mentioned ingredients and grind .
In a pan heat oil add mustard as it splutters add onions ,red chilly and curry leaves, let it allow it brown.
Add chicken & the ground paste with required amount of water and salt, close and cook till meat is tender and raw smell leaves.
