Chicken Pepper Masala

Chicken Pepper Masala is the most favourite dish of many .Pepper with chicken is the best of the combination so this is the most sought after dish. This is the best side dish

with anything and everything. Be it with biriyani or roti or dosa or parotta .


Serves : 3

Cooking Time : 40 min


Ingredients :

Chicken 500 gms

Onions 2 ( sliced )

Tomato puree 1 cup ( 2-3 nos )

Oil 1 tbsp

Curry leaves a few

Red chilly powder ½ tsp

Oil 1 tbsp


Dry roast & Gind :

Pepper ½ tsp

Cumin ¾ tsp

Fennel ¾ tsp

Rice ¾ tsp

Coriander seeds 1 tsp


Method :

In a pan heat add curry leaves.

Add onions and fry till brown.

Add the ground paste and toss.

Add water and salt ,close and cook.

Now add tomato puree ,toss ,close & cook.

Let the meat get soft .

Open the lid and let it cook till oil separates.

Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.

Serve hot with rice / roti / dosa.
