Chocolate Tart

Serves : 5

Cooking Time : 15 min


Ingredients :

Digestive biscuits 15 no

Butter 3 tbsp

Dark Compound 350 gms

Cream 250 ml


Method :


Tart shell:

Powder the biscuits.

Add the butter ( room temp ) to the biscuits ,blend well.

Press this to a tray or dish and refrigerate it for 2 – 3 hours.

Chocolate topping :

Chop chocolate and put in a bowl. Double boil it, make sure water doesn’t touch the bowl.

As the chocolate starts melting add cream and stir continuously till blended.

Continue for 5 minutes and remove .Let it cool for a while and then pour into tart tray.

Let it set for 5- 6 hrs.

Sprinkle white choc chips on top.

Serve chilled.
