Ingredients :
Chollam 1 cup
Rice 1cup
Urad dhal ½ cup
Red chilly 5-6
Curry leaves a few
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method :
Soak the three separately for 5-6 hours.
Grind the spices first ,then the urad dhal ,rice and chollam.
Add salt and mix well.
The batter is ready to make panniyaram or dosai.
