Coriander enriched dish with both leaves and powder gives a very intense flavor. The aroma of this dish is simply fantastic and one never fails to go for a second helping.

Cooking Time : 30 min
Ingredients :
Chicken 500 gms [washed and cleaned ]
Grind to a smooth paste :
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Onion 2 nos
Green chilly 4 nos
Garlic pearls 4 nos
Coriander leaves a cup [chopped ]
Poppy seeds 3/4 tsp
For seasoning :
Oil 1 tbsp.
Cinnamon 1 “ 1 no
Onions 2 no’s[sliced ]
Tomatoes 2 nos [chopped ]
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method :
In a pan heat the oil and add cinnamon when it splutters and onion saute it till brown.
Then add tomatoes keep stirring it till they become mushy.
Add chicken and give it a toss.
Add the ground masala, salt ,turmeric and water .Close with a lid and cook till the meat is tender and wait for a fine aroma to come.By then the gravy would have thicken .
Garnish with coriander leaves.
This can be served with bread , chapathi or ghee rice.
