Curry leaf Dosa

A tasty iron rich dosa !! Must Try !!

Curry leaf flavour is very strong and so flavoursome with spices and coconut.


Serves : 4

Cooking Time : 20 min


Ingredients :

Oil to drizzle


Grind to a coarse batter ;

Raw rice 1 cup

Idly rice 1 cup

Urad dhal 2-3 tbsp

Coconut ¾ cup

Red chilly 2

Cumin 1 tsp

Curry leaves 1 cup

Asafoetida ¾ tsp

Salt to taste


Method :

Soak the dhal and rice for 3-4 hrs.

Grind it coarsely with the other dry ingredients .

Heat a dosa tawa and spread the batter evenly and drizzle oil.

When its cooked flip and let it get light brown.

Fold it and remove it off the pan .

Serve hot with tomato or onion or coconut chutney.
