A tasty vegetable which makes one drool.
The fennel ,garlic and coconut blending with this special vegetable is the highlight of this chops and makes the taste at the top of the world.

Cooking Time : 30 min
Ingredients :
Drumstick 200 gms
Mustard ¼ tsp
Urad dhal ¼ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Chilly powder ½ tsp ( to taste )
Salt to taste
Oil ¾ tbsp
Red chilly 1
Curry leaves a few
Onions 1 tbsp
Tomato 1
Grind to paste :
Coconut 2 tbsp
Garlic 2
Fennel ¼ tsp
Method :
In a pan heat oil ,add mustard ,urad dhal let it splutter.
Add onions ,curry leaves and red chilly, let it change colour.
Add tomato and toss.
Add the drumstick and toss.
Add all the powders and salt ,toss well.
Now add the ground paste along with water ,give it a stir and close and cook.
Once the drumstick is soft ,open the lid and fry till required consistency is reached.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with steaming rice.
