Egg Paneer Bhurji

Egg Paneer Bhurji is a very easy dish .

This was the favourite of our household when the kids were school going , also it would be one of the dishes in the lunch box menu. As it is made of minimalistic ingredients it can be made anytime in a giffy.


Serves : 3

Cooking Time : 20 min


Ingredients :

Paneer 1 cup

Onion 1 ( chopped finely )

Tomatoes 2 ( chopped finely )

Green chilly 2 ( chopped finely )

Ginger ¼ ‘ ( chopped finely )

Garlic 2-3 pearls ( chopped finely )

Eggs 2

Salt to taste

Oil 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves to garnish

Capsicum to garnish

Method :

In a pan heat oil and throw in onions ,let it slightly change colour .

Add ginger ,garlic and green chilly and toss.

Add tomatoes and allow it to get mushy.

Add salt to taste.

Add in crumbled paneer and toss .

Break in two eggs and mix well ,till all moisture is absorbed.

Garnish with coriander leaves and capsicum.

Serve hot with bread ,roti ,dosa.
