Egg Rice is a simple yet tasty dish. The combination of red chilly powder with eggs is simply wonderful ,when the rice is mixed with it ,an enriched rice we get . Its easy on the stomach and to to prepare.

Cooking Time : 20 min
Ingredients :
Cooked rice 1 big bowl
Eggs 3
Onion 1 ( chopped )
Green chilly 1
Curry leaves few
Red chilly Powder ¼ - ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Method :
In a pan heat oil add onions ,curry leaves and green chilly ,allow the onions to get transparent.
Add turmeric powder ,red chilly powder and give it a mix.
Add salt ,raw eggs to it and give it a mix , let the eggs get dry .
Add rice and give a good mix.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
