Egg Roast

Eggcited !!

A very simple and easy dish ,which never fails .Also its a nice side dish with rice and roti.

Adapt dish for a lazy day.



Serve : 3

Cooking Time : 20 min


Ingredients :

Eggs boiled 3 ( de - shelled )

Red Chilly Powder ½ - ¾ tsp ( to taste )

Turmeric ¼ tsp

Table salt to taste

Curry leaves a few

Oil 1 tsp (coconut oil /optional )


Method :

In a pan heat oil add curry leaves let it get fried.

Now add chilly and turmeric powder and toss. (care should be taken to do this process in slow flame )

Thrown in the eggs and add salt and slowly toss it till the powders are well coated with the powders.

Serve hot .


Note :

Coconut oil is recommended as it gives a lovely flavor to the eggs.
