Hummus

Hummus !! Abundance of healthy fats,protein &fibre !!

Great snack for weight watchers !!



Ingredients :-

Channa                1 cup (soaked overnight & cooked )

Olive oil               1-2 tbsp

Garlic                    5-6 pearls

Sesame seeds     1 tsp

Salt                        to taste


Method :-

Dry roast garlic till a nice aroma comes.

Dry roast sesame till it splutters.

Strain extra water from cooked channa.

Add all ingredients to a food processor or mixie jar and blend to coarse paste.

Use olive oil to loosen the mixture.


Note :-

Chilli flakes / pepper/ oregano /basil can be used to spice up the hummus.
