Serves : 4-5

Cooking Time : 30 min


Ingredients :

Minced meat 500 gms

Cinnamon 1’’

Fennel ½ tsp

Poppy seeds 1 tsp

Turmeric ½ tsp

Coconut 1 cup ( grated )

Puffed gram dhal 2-3 tbsp

Green chilly 8-10 ( to taste )

Onions 2-3 tbsp ( chopped )

Curry leaves 1 tbsp ( chopped )

Garlic 2-3 tbsp

Ginger 1 tbsp

Oil to deep fry

Salt to taste


Method :-

Grind the minced meat with the spices .

Then pulse it with the other ingredients expect oil.

Make small balls and fry it oil till brown.

Serve hot .
