Pepper with meat especially liver is simply a wonderful combination.The liver tastes good only if it is spicy ,hence both green chilly and pepper is used .This simple dish is simply mouth watering and never fails to steal hearts .
Serves : 2- 3
Cooking Time : 30 min
Ingredients :
Liver 500 gms
Onion 1
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves a few
Grind to paste :
Garlic 7-8
Ginger ½ “
Pepper 1 tbsp
Green chilly 4
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds 1tsp
Method :
In a pan heat oil ,add mustard as it splutters add onion and curry leaves ,allow it to brown.
Now add liver and give it a toss.
Time to add the ground paste ,salt and required water.
Close and cook till meat is soft .
Serve hot with rice.
