Uniquely Flavored Rice !!
The coconut with mustard and chilies gives a aromatic flavor.

Cooking Time : 30 min
Ingredients :
Cooked Rice 1 cup
Curry leaves a few
Green chilly 1
Small onions 4
Cashew 5
Mustard ¼ tsp
Urad dhal ¼ tsp
Channa dhal ¼ tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Lime 1/2
Hing ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Brown sugar 1/2 - 1 tsp
Grind to paste :
Red chilly 2
Mustard ½ tsp
Coconut 11/2 tbsp
Method :
To a cup of cooked rice mix lime juice , salt and turmeric.
In a kadai heat oil ,add mustard ,urad dhal and channa dhal ,allow it to splutter.
Add onions ,curry leaves ,cashew and green chilly.
Add the ground paste and brown sugar , fry well.
Add the rice to it and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Papad, Appalam or Pickle.
