A very easy recipe which steels the show and made with easily avaliable ingredients at home.The marination is the secret of this recipe,where the ingredients nicely penerates into the meat and enhances the taste.

Cooking Time : 45 min
Ingredients :
Mutton 500 gms
Onion 1 ( sliced )
Garlic 8 ( chopped )
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Curds 1 cup
Oil 2 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Grind to paste :
Red chilly 2
Green chilly 6
Garlic 8
Ginger 1’
Cinnamon 1’
Method :
In a cooker add all the ingredients including oil and ghee .
Let it stand in marination for at least 30 min.
Then let it cook for 7 -8 whistles ( till the meat is soft )
Now release the steam and fry well till raw smell leaves or till required consistency is reached.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice / rotis /dosa/idly.
