Palak Paneer With Carrot Burjee

Palak Paneer with Carrot Bhurje is easy to make and a healthy one too .

Its kids friendly and versatile too.Packed with veggies and eggs makes a meal complete .


Serves : 3-4

Cooking Time : 20 min


Ingredients :

Onion 1 ( chopped )

Green chilly 1-2 ( chopped & to taste )

Palak 2-3 ( handful & chopped )

Carrot 1 cup ( grated )

Paneer 150 – 200 gms

Eggs 2-3 ( to taste )

Oil ½ tbsp

Pepper ¼ tsp ( optional )

Salt to taste


Method :

Heat oil ,toss in onions and green chilly ,let it fry till transparent.

Add palak ,give it a toss ,close and cook till soft .

Open the lid , check if its soft .Fry till dry .

Add the crumbled paneer , salt and give it a good mix .Fry till dry.

Now time to add carrots and fry well till no moisture is left behind.

Break open the eggs ,if need be add salt and fry well till dry .

Serve hot with bread ,roti .
