An easy peasy curry !!
Traditional curry which is loved by all .

Serves : 3
Cooking Time : 20 min
Ingredients :
Butter milk 1 cup
Mustard ¼ tsp
Red chilly 2
Curry leaves a few
Coriander leaves a spring
Hing ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Grind to a paste :
Coconut 3 tbsp
Onions 7 – 8
Garlic 4 -5
Green chilly 4-5
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Method :
In a kadai heat oil ,add mustard ,curry leaves, red chilly .
Mix the ground paste in butter milk and add to the paste.
Add hing and salt.
Mix well and simmer for few minutes till raw smell leaves.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice and Papad.
