A very tasty creamy masala ,which is always a sure shot.
Kids friendly and also makes one go for a second helping.

Cooking Time : 30 min
Ingredients :
Prawns 250 gms
Onions 1
Tomatoes 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chilly Powder 1 tsp (to taste )
Coriander Powder ¾ tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Method :
In a pan heat oil, add onions and fry well.
Add tomatoes and allow it to get mushy.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry .
Add the dry ingredients and toss.
Add water , salt and allow it to cook till raw smell leaves.
Add the prawns and toss.
Close and cook for 2 -3 minutes. (do not over cook ,as the prawns may turn rubbery )
Now open the lid and fry for few minutes for the oil to surface.
Now add coconut milk and switch off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice.
Note :
Fish can also be made in the same way.
