Tasty Dish !!
Prawns and Ridge gourd are best friends !!
They blend so well and one has to make a great attempt to stop eating this curry .
Serves : 3
Cooking Time : 30 min
Ingredients :
Prawns 250 gms
Oinions 6-7
Curry leaves a few
Ridge gourd 1 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Grind to taste :
Green chilly 4
Coconut 1 cup
Method :
In a pan heat oil add onions and curry leaves ,allow it to change color.
Add the prawns and toss .
Add the ground paste with required water and salt to taste.
Close and cook for few minutes ,for the prawns to get soft .Over cooking can make the prawns rubbery.
Open the lid and give it a boil or to the required consistency.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
