Pumpkin Soup

Highly Recommended !!!

In my opinion this is one of the tastiest of its kind.

Its is very healthy ,easy and simple easy to make as well.Kids will love it !!



Serves : 3

Cooking Time : 30 min


Ingredients :

Pumpkin 200 gms

Onion 1

Garlic 2-3

Bay leaf 1

Ghee ½ tsp

Salt to taste


Method :

In a pan heat ghee add bay leaf , garlic and onions, fry till browned.

Now add water ( 3 – 4 cups ),as it boils add pumpkin and salt .

Cover and cook till vegetable is soft.

Now when it reaches room temperature, remove the bay leaf and blend the mixture well.

Give it a boil .

Serve it hot .

Garnish with Italian spices or cheese or mint ( optional )


Note :

Milk or cream can be used for an enriched flavor.

With pumpkin a carrot or a potato or celery can be added for a change in flavor.
