Ragi Dosa

Iron rich dosa !!

Healthy and tasty one !!





Serves : 5

Cooking Time : 20 min


Ingredients :

Ragi 1 cup

Rice ¼ cup ( optional )

Urad dhal 3-4 tbsp

Red chilly 3-4

Cumin 1 tsp

Curry leaves a few

Asafoetida ¼ tsp

Salt to taste


Method :

Soak ragi , rice and dhal overnight.

Grind first the chilly ,cumin , curry leaves, asafoetida and salt.

Then add the other soaked ingredients to a smooth paste.

The batter is ready to make dosa.

Serve hot with coconut or onion chutney.


note :

If you want to avoid rice you can,the flavour is of course enhanced if added.
