One of my mom's signature dish and her favourite one. This dish never failed to be on the spread whenever she hosted .Its a sure shot .

Cooking Time :30 min
Ingredients:
Eggs 4 [boiled and peeled ]
Fry & grind to Paste :
Red chilly 5 -6 nos
Small Onions 15 nos
Coriander seeds 1 tbs
Curry leaves a few
Oil 1 tsp
For seasoning :
Onions 2 [sliced ]
Tomato 2 [chopped ]
Oil 1 tbs
Method :
In a kadai heat oil add sliced onions allow it to brown.
Now add chopped tomatoes ,keep sauteing it till mushy
Add the ground masala with ½ cup water ,let it simmer well till oil floats on the surface.
Add boiled eggs and cook for 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
