The peel does'nt go for a waste,and is enriched with fibre which is highly nutritious. No one would guess its a peel of a vegetable that is so tasty.

Ingredients
Red chilly 3
Onion 1
Curry leaves a few
Tomato 1
Ridge gourd peel 1 cup
Puffed gram 1 tbsp
Coconut 2 tbsp
Tamarind a small piece ( optional )
Salt to taste
Method :
Heat oil add red chilly ,onions and fry well.
Add curry leaves ,tomato and fry till mushy.
Add the peel , salt and fry well till it is cooked.
Transfer it to a mixer jar , add puffed gram and coconut .
Blend it coarsely.
Tamper it with mustard , urad dhal ,curry leaves and red chilly.
Serve with rice ,doasa , idly.
