Tasty Tasty Heart Steeling dish !!

Rare combination of vegetable and curd for a chutney,but taste is truly too good. Lost for words!!


Serves : 2

Cooking time :15 min


Ingredients :

Curd 1 cup

Big onions 1 ( chopped )


Grind to paste :

Ridge guard 100 gms (peeled &cooked )

Green chilly 3 nos

Coconut 3 tbsp ( grated)

Puffed Gram dhal 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves few leaves

Tamarind ½ “ piece ( optional)


Method :

To the ground paste add curds and raw chopped onions.

Tamper the ground paste with mustard ,urad dhal and curry leaves .

Ready to serve.


Serve with idli /dosa/roti.
