Sesames Groundnut Ladoo

Sesames Groundnut Ladoo is simply drooling !!

Packed with iron and proteins makes it a healthy snack .This is unstoppable ,one cannot but lay hands on the second one too.


Serves : 4-5

Cooking Time : 30 min


Ingredients :

Sesames 11/2 cups

Groundnut ¾ cup

Brown sugar 1 -11/4 cup


Method :

In a pan dry fry the sesames till in pops up and a good aroma comes ,set aside.

In the same pan dry fry groundnuts till a nice aroma comes.

Allow it to cool.

Add these to a mixer jar , along with brown sugar and blend it to a coarse powder.

Transfer the contents in the mixer jar to a plate ,make required size balls .

Store it in an air tight container.

Stays fresh for a couple of weeks.
