Spicy Chicken Wings

An Indian version of the buffalo wings !!

Simple yet mouth watering , all time hit.

My childrens favourite dish ,till date.They gooble it at one shot without any left overs to the late comers.The taste is so delicious that the taste buds keep asking foe more and more.

Cooking time : 40 min


Ingerdients :

Chicken Wings 500 gms

Ginger garlic paste 1 – 1 ½ tsp

Red chilly powder 1 – 11/4 tsp

Worcestershire Sauce ½ tsp

Red chilly sauce ½ - 1 tsp

Ketchup 1 –1 ½ tsp

Sesame seeds 1 tbsp

Salt to taste


Method :

To the wings add red chilly powder , ginger garlic paste and salt and mix well.

Let it sit for 30 min to 60 min .

In a pan heat oil add the marinated chicken pieces and toss .

Close with a lid and cook till soft.

Now fry well till oil oozes out.

Time to add all the sauces and mix well.

In a another pan dry roast sesame seeds till it starts popping and add to the wings and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
