This Tomato Chutney is very very easy to make and tasty too. Its made with minimalistic ingredients available at home .Tomato blend with spices is simply delicious. The best combination for Dosa /Idly.

Cooking Time : 25 min
Ingredients :
Mustard ¼ tsp
Urad dhal ¼ tsp
Asafoetida ¼ tsp
Curry leaves a few
Oil 1 tbsp
Grind to paste :
Red chilly 2-3 ( to taste )
Tomatoes 3-4 ( chopped )
Cumin 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder ¾ tsp
Coconut 1 tbsp( grated )
Puffed gram dhal 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Method :
In a pan heat oil add mustard ,let it splutter.
Add urad dhal ,curry leaves ,let it splutter.
Now add the ground paste, toss it.
Add water and asafoetida and cook well till raw smell leaves and oil seperates .
Serve hot with dosa or idly or roti.
