A simply delicious kuzhambu !!

In the earlier when we packed breakfast whenever we went on trips this was the curry that would go each and every single time ,WITHOUT FAIL !!
Serves : 4
Cooking Time : 35 min
Ingredients :
Mustard ¼ tsp
Urad dhal ¼ tsp
Onions 4 -5
Curry leaves a few
Red chilly 1
Fry in oil & grind to paste :
Oil 2 tbsp
Onions 8-10
Red chilly 3-4
Coconut 2 tbsp
Puffed gram 1 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 3 – 4
Method :
In a pan heat oil ,throw in mustard ,urad dhal allow it to splutter.
Add onions, curry leaves and red chilly ,let it brown.
Add the ground paste with required water and salt to taste ,let it cook till raw smell leaves.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with idly ,dosa.
