Protein enriched with addition of moringa /drumstick leaves makes it more healthy.Also moringa gives a different and enriched flavor .

Ingredients :
Toor Dhal 3/4 cup
Rice 1 cup
Red Chilly 4
Ginger ½ “
Cumin ¾ tsp
Curry leaves a few
Asfoetida ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves a bunch
Oinons 1 ( chopped)
Moringa leaves a cup (optional )
Method :
Soak dhal and rice together for min of 3 hours .
Grind the ginger, red chilly ,curry leaves, asfoetida with salt together first.
Then add the rice and dhal and grind to a coarse paste.
Chop coriander leaves , onions, moringa to the batter.
Mix well and make thick dosa .
Serve hot with onion chutney.
