Milk 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder ¾ tsp ( to taste )

Soak the wheat overnight.
Grind it with water ( approx. 1 -2 cups ) and extract milk .

The debris will collect at the sides of the pan.
Use a spoon and collect it to a cup with water, wait for the sugar syrup to clear up.
Now add the extract ,which is already mixed with colouring.
Keep stirring it ,with care as it can stick to the bottom.
When a glossy texture is reached ,start adding ghee at regular intervals till it leaves the sides of the pan.
Switch off the flame and add the nutmeg and cardamom powders.
Fry cashew and raisins in ghee and add to the halwa.
