Easy peasy low calorie soup !!

Tasty and healthy which will not fail to sweep the heart of tasters .The taste of this vegetable is intense which makes the soup very flavourful and gives a smooth texture.
Serves : 2-3
Cooking time: 15 to 20 min
Ingredients :
Onion 1 (chopped)
Garlic 2-3 pearls
Bay leaf 1
Ghee 1 tsp
Zucchini 1 medium size (sliced)
Method:
In a pan heat ghee and add bay leaf, onion and garlic. Let it get brown.
Now add water 2-21/2 cups. Let it cook till soft.
Remove the bay leaf and blend in a mixer.
Give it a boil.
Serve hot with pepper/croutons/bread toast/rolls.
Note:
Can be served with cream for a enriched taste.
If a nice creamy texture is required a few almonds can be added while cooking the vegetable.
