A quick tea time snack ,which is simply delicious .At a sudden advent of guests it is one of the solutions,as it is made out of the ingredients which are usually in stock at the pantry.

Ingredients :

  • Wheat flour 11/2 cup
  • Soda bicarb ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves a cup ( chopped )
  • Onions a cup ( chopped )
  • Green chillies 2-3 ( chopped )
  • Curry leaves 1 tbsp (chopped )
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients expect oil with water .
  • Deep fry in oil to golden brown .
  • Serve hot.
