Potato Roast

A VEGETABLE that gets maximum likes is such a mouth watering treat when roasted.

Ingredients :

  • Potatoes 1 cup
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Red chilly powder ½ – ¾ tsp
  • Oil 1 – 11/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • In a pan heat oil add potatoes and fry.
  • Add salt and turmeric mix well close and cook till soft.
  • Now add chilli powder mix well , close with a lid and cook for a bit.
  • Open the lid and fry well .
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
