Egg Paneer Toast is an easy recipe and a good addition to the lunch box .
This would usually take a place in the weekly menu ,when the kids were school going.
A perfect dish for the kids enriched with proteins and vitamins.
Ingredients :
- Onion 1(chopped )
- Green chilly 1(finely chopped )
- Coriander leaves 1-2tbsp (chopped )
- Italian species 1/2 tsp (to taste )
- Paneer 200 gms
- Eggs 2-3
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread slices 4-8
- Butter 1-2 tsp
Method :
- In a kadai heat oil ,throw in the onion ,chilly and let it change colour.
- Add salt and toss.
- Add crumbled paneer and give a good mix.
- Add coriander leaves Italian species and give a good mix.
- Break in eggs and toss well its dry.
- Now butter the bread slices on both sides.
- Place one slice on the toaster and place the paneer mixture on it .
- Place another buttered slice on top of it .
- Close the toaster and allow it to get brown.
- Serve hot with sauces of your choice.
