Egg Paneer Toast is an easy recipe and a good addition to the lunch box .

This would usually take a place in the weekly menu ,when the kids were school going.

A perfect dish for the kids enriched with proteins and vitamins.

Ingredients :

  • Onion 1(chopped )
  • Green chilly 1(finely chopped )
  • Coriander leaves 1-2tbsp (chopped )
  • Italian species 1/2 tsp (to taste )
  • Paneer 200 gms
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slices 4-8
  • Butter 1-2 tsp

Method :

  • In a kadai heat oil ,throw in the onion ,chilly and let it change colour.
  • Add salt and toss.
  • Add crumbled paneer and give a good mix.
  • Add coriander leaves Italian species and give a good mix.
  • Break in eggs and toss well its dry.
  • Now butter the bread slices on both sides.
  • Place one slice on the toaster and place the paneer mixture on it .
  • Place another buttered slice on top of it .
  • Close the toaster and allow it to get brown.
  • Serve hot with sauces of your choice.
