An easy peasy curry !!
Traditional curry which is loved by all .
Ingredients :
- Butter milk 1 cup
- Mustard ¼ tsp
- Red chilly 2
- Curry leaves a few
- Coriander leaves a spring
- Hing ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 tsp
Grind to a paste :
- Coconut 3 tbsp
- Onions 7 – 8
- Garlic 4 -5
- Green chilly 4-5
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
Method :
- In a kadai heat oil ,add mustard ,curry leaves, red chilly .
- Mix the ground paste in butter milk and add to the paste.
- Add hing and salt.
- Mix well and simmer for few minutes till raw smell leaves.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice and Papad.
