An easy peasy curry !!

Traditional curry which is loved by all .

Ingredients :

  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Mustard ¼ tsp
  • Red chilly 2
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Coriander leaves a spring
  • Hing ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tsp

Grind to a paste :

  • Coconut 3 tbsp
  • Onions 7 – 8
  • Garlic 4 -5
  • Green chilly 4-5
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp

Method :

  • In a kadai heat oil ,add mustard ,curry leaves, red chilly .
  • Mix the ground paste in butter milk and add to the paste.
  • Add hing and salt.
  • Mix well and simmer for few minutes till raw smell leaves.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice and Papad.
