A regular dish with a twisted flavour ,and makes

one asking for more.Maybe we can call it an Indian pizza.

Ingredients :

  • Onions 3 nos [chopped ]
  • Tomatoes 3 nos [chopped
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder ½ tsp [ to taste]
  • Coriander leaves a few [ chopped ]
  • Idly batter

Method :

  • In a pan heat oil fry the onions to slight brown then add tomatoes allow it to become mushy ,add chilly powder and toss it for few minutes. This is ready.
  • On a heated dosa tava spread the batter to a lightly thick dosa and spread the tomato mixture on it and drizzle a spoon of oil on it.cover it and cook ,the batter will also get cooked quickly as it is covered.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve hot with coconut chutney.
