Chicken Cutlets are relished by one and all. They are easy to prepare and healthy.The health freeks will enjoy this dish .In a spread it will be one of most sought after dish.
Ingredients :-
- Chicken 300 gms (boneless thighs or breast )
- Ginger ½ ‘’
- Garlic 3-4 pearls
- Green chilly 2-3 ( to taste )
- Cinnamon 1’’
- Cloves 2 (optional )
- Egg 1
- Oil 1- 2 tbsp
Method :-
- Grind all the other ingredients expect than chicken to a coarse paste.
- Now add the washed & cleaned chicken and grind it to fine paste.
- Now beat the egg well & add to the chicken mixture .
- This can be formed into patties and stored in the fridge .
- When needed can be shallow fried.
- Serve hot with mayo ,green chutney or sauce.
Note :-
- If preferred bread crumbs can be added .
- Chicken thighs are more flavourful than breast .If lean protein is preferred then use breast. But if may at times get rubbery .
