Chicken Cutlets are relished by one and all. They are easy to prepare and healthy.The health freeks will enjoy this dish .In a spread it will be one of most sought after dish.

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 300 gms (boneless thighs or breast )
  • Ginger ½ ‘’
  • Garlic 3-4 pearls
  • Green chilly 2-3 ( to taste )
  • Cinnamon 1’’
  • Cloves 2 (optional )
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 1- 2 tbsp

Method :-

  • Grind all the other ingredients expect than chicken to a coarse paste.
  • Now add the washed & cleaned chicken and grind it to fine paste.
  • Now beat the egg well & add to the chicken mixture .
  • This can be formed into patties and stored in the fridge .
  • When needed can be shallow fried.
  • Serve hot with mayo ,green chutney or sauce.

Note :-

  • If preferred bread crumbs can be added .
  • Chicken thighs are more flavourful than breast .If lean protein is preferred then use breast. But if may at times get rubbery .
