Hummus !! Abundance of healthy fats,protein &fibre !!
Great snack for weight watchers !!
Ingredients :-
- Channa 1 cup (soaked overnight & cooked )
- Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
- Garlic 5-6 pearls
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :-
- Dry roast garlic till a nice aroma comes.
- Dry roast sesame till it splutters.
- Strain extra water from cooked channa.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or mixie jar and blend to coarse paste.
- Use olive oil to loosen the mixture.
Note :-
- Chilli flakes / pepper/ oregano /basil can be used to spice up the hummus.
