Hummus !! Abundance of healthy fats,protein &fibre !!

Great snack for weight watchers !!

Ingredients :-

  • Channa 1 cup (soaked overnight & cooked )
  • Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Garlic 5-6 pearls
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :-

  • Dry roast garlic till a nice aroma comes.
  • Dry roast sesame till it splutters.
  • Strain extra water from cooked channa.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or mixie jar and blend to coarse paste.
  • Use olive oil to loosen the mixture.

Note :-

  • Chilli flakes / pepper/ oregano /basil can be used to spice up the hummus.
