Pasta salad with feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes

This is one of scrumptious salads !!

Never falis to steal the show !!

Easy to make & the combination of feta with sun dried tomatoe is simply out of the world.

A very filling and protein enhanced dish !!

Ingredients :-

  • Pasta 150 gms
  • Feta cheese 75- 100 gms
  • Sundried tomatoes 7 -10 nos ( softened in hot water )
  • Rocket leaves a handful
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil ¾ – 1 tbsp
  • Seeds of your choice ( pumpkin ,sun flower ,optional )
  • Oregano ½ tsp

Method :-

  • Cook the pasta in water with salt & few drops of oil.
  • Care should be taken not to overcook it.
  • Drain it in a colander & run over cold or room temperature water.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • In the mean time chop the leaves ,sun dried tomatoes .
  • Crumble the feta cheese.
  • Take a wide bowl add the fully drained pasta with all the other ingredients & toss it gently.
  • Seve it cold or room temperature.

Note :-

  • Cherry tomatoes can be added if preferred.
  • Chicken can be boiled shredded & added.
  • Ham or bacon can also be added.
