Omelette Gravy !! Must Try !!Scrumptious and enjoyable dish !!
Protein enriched eggs turned into finger-licking gravy.This will suffice the protein quotient of a meal easily and indeed in a delicious manner.This can be prepared swiftly.The eggs are one of the ingredients which is always stocked in all the households.
Ingredients :-
For omelette:-
- Eggs 4
- Onions 1tbsp (finely chopped )
- Green chilly ½ tsp (finely chopped )
- Salt to taste
For Gravy :-
- Onion 1(sliced)
- Tomatoes 1 (chopped)
- Coconut milk 1-11/2 cups
- Coriander powder ¾ tsp
- Red chilly powder ½ -3/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1tbsp
Method :-
- Make omelette and set aside.
- In a pan add oil allow it to get heated.
- Add onions ,allow it to get brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste ,let it get brown.
- Add tomatoes let it get mushy.
- Add the dry powders give it a toss.
- Add one to two tbsp of water & allow it to cook.
- Now add the coconut milk when it is coming to a boil switch it off.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with roti /rice/bread/dosa.
Note :-
- Grated carrot ,capsicum or cabbage can be added to the omelette.
- Potatoes can be added to the gravy if preferred.
