One of my mom’s signature dish and her favourite one. This dish never failed to be on the spread whenever she hosted .Its a sure shot .
Ingredients:
- Eggs 4 [boiled and peeled ]
- Fry & grind to Paste :
- Red chilly 5 -6 nos
- Small Onions 15 nos
- Coriander seeds 1 tbs
- Curry leaves a few
- Oil 1 tsp
For seasoning :
- Onions 2 [sliced ]
- Tomato 2 [chopped ]
- Oil 1 tbs
Method :
- In a kadai heat oil add sliced onions allow it to brown.
- Now add chopped tomatoes ,keep sauteing it till mushy
- Add the ground masala with ½ cup water ,let it simmer well till oil floats on the surface.
- Add boiled eggs and cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
