Iron rich dosa !!
Healthy and tasty one !!
Ingredients :
- Ragi 1 cup
- Rice ¼ cup ( optional )
- Urad dhal 3-4 tbsp
- Red chilly 3-4
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves a few
- Asafoetida ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Soak ragi , rice and dhal overnight.
- Grind first the chilly ,cumin , curry leaves, asafoetida and salt.
- Then add the other soaked ingredients to a smooth paste.
- The batter is ready to make dosa.
- Serve hot with coconut or onion chutney.
note :
- If you want to avoid rice you can,the flavour is of course enhanced if added.
