Iron rich dosa !!

Healthy and tasty one !!

Ingredients :

  • Ragi 1 cup
  • Rice ¼ cup ( optional )
  • Urad dhal 3-4 tbsp
  • Red chilly 3-4
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Asafoetida ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • Soak ragi , rice and dhal overnight.
  • Grind first the chilly ,cumin , curry leaves, asafoetida and salt.
  • Then add the other soaked ingredients to a smooth paste.
  • The batter is ready to make dosa.
  • Serve hot with coconut or onion chutney.

note :

  • If you want to avoid rice you can,the flavour is of course enhanced if added.
