A very rare soup ,with a lovely flavour and turns out to be one of the best appetizer .No one can guess the vegetable in the soup and astonishes the tasters. Very nutritious bowl ,plus a treat to taste buds.

Ingredients :

  • Drumstick 4 ( chopped )
  • Onions 1
  • Corn flour 1tsp
  • Milk 4 tbsp
  • Butter / ghee ¾ tsp
  • Cheese 1- 2 cubes ( grated )
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • In a pan boil water add the drumstick and cook till it is soft.
  • When it gets to room temperature scoop out the fleshy part along with seed and blend it to a soft paste .
  • In a pan heat ghee / butter add onions ,allow it to become transparent .
  • Now add the blended paste along with water ( 2 – 21/2 cups ).
  • Let it boil till raw smell leaves.
  • Now mix the corn flour with milk and add to the soup & give it a boil.
  • Switch off the flame . Serve hot.
  • Garnish with anything that suits .Suggestions will be cheese or pepper or bread croutons.
