This was my favourite snack as kid . Whenever idly‘s was left over this was there waiting for me when I got back from school.

Ingredients :

  • Oil to deep fry
  • Iddli left over

Method :

  • Cut the idly length wise .
  • Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry it.
  • Serve hot with ketchep.
